As massage therapist serving the Dallas Fort Worth area since 2003 Galen has worked with and partnered with many businesses to provide the massage needs for their clients; Massage Envy of Plano, Coppell Wellness Center, and Dallas Athletic Club to name few. From the start the idea was to meet and exceed our clients needs.
Professional
Galen started his path to becoming a massage therapist by attending school at Sterling Health Center in Addison. Over the years, Galen has acquired an education in many different massage modalities. Going to such schools as Kekino massage school in Plano, Dallas Thai massage, and Hands On approach. Galen believes it is fundamental to his practice to have a well educated touch, understanding the application of each modality he uses and having a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Experience
Galen has always kept the needs of the clients at the front of his practice. This has guided his educational path, along with his background and Athletics. With 17 year in practice Galen has acquired my diverse modalities, such as prenatal, cupping and myofascial release.
Galen‘s career has also lead him to become a Personal Trainer. Certifying and studying with ASFA (American Sports and Fitness Association)and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Galen has used his extensive massage and sports background to shape his personal training approach. The approach is focused on listening to a clients goals and listening to his a client response to the desired workout program. Placing an emphasis on doing as little harm to create the most benefit. Galen has been honored by the willingness and trust the Dallas–Fort Worth area has put in his abilities to meet their massage and personal training needs.
